Texas-based company formed to manufacture engineered quartz slabs using next-generation technologies to improve quality. We're the first high-tech source of US-made quartz stone products.
• ANNOUNCING
New Factory in Ft. Worth, Texas
OK Stone Engineering and Breton are building the next-generation US factory for engineered stone in Fort Worth, Texas, to fill the massive gap in the US market where the domestic supply shortage is projected to increase to 140 million square feet annually by 2026.
Our joint venture partner Breton has provided us with exclusive access to transformative technology and, thus, a significant competitive advantage in the market.
Breton is the definitive international leader in designing and developing engineered stone production plants - with 95%+ of the global market share.
OK Stone Engineering will be the first in the US to employ new BRETON transformative manufacturing technologies to solve the most frustrating problems faced by customers.
• ADDRESSING KEY CUSTOMER PROBLEMS
Materials, shipping, standards
The generation of technology other factories use requires raw materials that must be sourced from China, Turkey, India, etc in a highly variable and expensive supply chain.
The shipping cost had increased as much as 5X previous levels during peak demand in 2021, and today remains at historical highs.
New ESG regulations are moving ahead that mandate protecting workers from fine dust during manufacturing to prevent the onset of silicosis.
These fast-moving trends will potentially shift a billion dollars of revenue to our company as we launch with these upgraded technologies and non-toxic manufacturing methods.
Here's why:
For 10 years, Breton has been developing next-generation technology for stone slab manufacturing that will allow us to sell superior products through the existing network of stone distributors that supply the building and construction industries
They will make our stone slabs less expensive and much safer to handle than the current quartz slab being produced, providing the Company with a significant competitive advantage over existing manufacturers.
The quality of the stone slab has been improved, making it approximately 10% less costly, non-toxic to produce, and easier to handle and ship, with an unlimited range of aesthetic features.
New technology eliminates this risk of silicosis, and the newly developed printing technology is able to produce highly desirable aesthetic effects that older technology cannot.
Introducing Bioquartz®
Today, Bioquartz® is produced only in Breton’s plant and no one else is licensed to produce or sell it in the US. The Company will be one of the first in the world and the first in the US to use this new technology.
Eliminating the need for large inventories
U.S. production will eliminate the need for distributors to build large inventories to protect against supply disruptions.
Unique product, non toxic to employees
OK Stone Engineering will enable partners to offer their customers a new and unique product that is high quality and not toxic to their employees.
• TECHNOLOGY
Today, 95 % of the branded engineered quartz is produced using BRETON technology.

Bioquartz®️
uses domestically sourced raw materials, providing a more reliable source of products.
As existing manufacturers are resistant to replacing their old equipment, this creates an opportunity for a new manufacturer like our company to enter the market with a better product that uses only domestic raw materials and provides customers with a predictable and reliable supply of engineered quartz stone slabs.
